A Supermac’s chef who claimed he suffered a cut lip after a section of ceiling panel fell on him has been ordered to pay his employer’s “significant” costs after withdrawing his case in court.
Tomasz Rolbiecki (43), of De Vesci Court, Fairgreen, Portlaoise, Co Laois, was criticised by Judge Mary Morrissey for discontinuing his claim at such a late stage.
