Moreover, Trip.com Group’s “Journey of Mulan” project aims to provide more than 20,000 job opportunities for women in the travel industry. Additionally, the company supports community initiatives, including sponsoring support group gatherings for breast cancer patients in Hong Kong and offering unique land and sea adventures for migrant domestic workers in Singapore.
Trip.com Group also prioritizes family support in the workplace, offering childcare subsidies, cash bonuses for employees with newborns, hybrid work systems, taxi reimbursements for pregnant women, and nursing rooms for breastfeeding mothers, demonstrating its commitment to creating a gender-inclusive environment.
“A diverse, gender-balanced workforce is essential to achieving our mission of ‘pursuing the perfect trip for a better world’,” said Ms Sun, “By caring for our employees, empowering them to grow, and collaborating with like-minded partners, we stay committed to driving change toward inclusive progress in the world of travel.”
