Chelsea fans begging Romelu Lukaku to come back after Europa League goal as six former players all score

Chelsea fans were all saying the same thing after Romelu Lukaku scored for Roma against Brighton in the Europa League.

Roma extended their lead over Brighton just before half time in the first leg of their Europa League last 16 tie through Lukaku.

An error from Lewis Dunk saw the Chelsea loanee latch on to his loose touch as he sprinted towards the Brighton goal.

And the Belgium international made no mistake one-on-one with Seagulls goalkeeper Jason Steele and some Blues fans were left yearning.

One fan said: "Bring him back."

Another wrote: "Should have stayed at Chelsea this season."

Lukaku was not the only player with Chelsea history to get on the scoresheet in Europe on Thursday night.

Olivier Giroud, Christian Pulisic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek all scored for AC Milan as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang netted for Marseille.

Dujon Sterling, who came up through the academy at Cobham, also managed to score as he bagged for Rangers against Benfica.
