Bharat Forge shares rise 0.08% as Sensex climbs

Shares of the Bharat Forge Ltd. traded at Rs 1184.15 on BSE at 01:34PM (IST) on Thursday, up 0.08 per cent from previous close.

The scrip quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 744.0 and a high of Rs 1330.0.

Earlier, the stock saw a gap up opening in the morning.

A total of 14,868 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 01:34PM (IST).

The stock of Bharat Forge Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 55137.33 crore.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 57.09, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 5.35. Return on equity (ROE) was at 7.87 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 340 stocks traded in the green, while 160 stocks were in the red.
