Wynn Las Vegas to launch revelry culinary festival this summer

This summer, Wynn Las Vegas (Nasdaq: WYNN) is set to introduce Revelry, a brand-new culinary festival. This exciting event will gather renowned chefs, top-tier vintners, skilled mixologists, captivating art installations, and vibrant live performances. Scheduled from Wednesday, June 5, to Saturday, June 8, Revelry will feature a diverse array of events and bespoke experiences across Wynn Las Vegas, highlighting leading culinary figures from both the resort and nationwide.

“Wynn Las Vegas is known for creating innovative, once-in-a-lifetime experiences and our inaugural Revelry festival will be no exception,” said Steve Weitman, president of Wynn Las Vegas. “The array of events coupled with the unique pairing of world-renowned chefs will offer guests an unparalleled culinary adventure.”

Attendees can look forward to exclusive master classes, innovative dinners in collaboration with the Wynn culinary team, and an inventive speakeasy concept known as the Living Room, curated by Wynn’s Master Mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini. The event series will climax with Revelry: The Feast, a signature grand tasting event offering four unique culinary experiences, each focusing on a different cuisine style.

Festival Highlights Include:

• East Meets Best Collaboration Dinner: Taking place on Wednesday, June 5, at Wing Lei, this dinner will feature a collaboration among Chef Xian Ming Yu of Wing Lei at Wynn Las Vegas and chefs Andre Chiang, Tam Kwok Fung, Henry Zhang, and Jen Yee from various prestigious restaurants, showcasing the pinnacle of haute Chinese cuisine.
• Master Class Collaboration: Titled “Class in the Glass,” this session on Thursday, June 6, at Casa Playa, will be led by Wynn Master Mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini and celebrated mixologist Kate Gerwin, offering an engaging mixology class and tasting focused on reimagining classic cocktails.
• 50 Best Signature Session: Icons Dinner: An illustrious dinner on Thursday, June 6, at Lakeside, featuring chefs recognized by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards, including Daniel Humm, Junghyun Park, Thomas Keller, Kyle Connaughton, Dominique Crenn, Pía Salazar, and Dominique Ansel, as part of the 50 Best Signature Sessions.
• Revelry All-Star Chefs Dinner: Hosted by Chef Christopher Lee on Friday, June 7, at Lakeside, this dinner will present dishes from a collaboration of renowned chefs, including Brad Kilgore, Angie Mar, Philip Tessier, Margarita Manzke, and Jen Yee.
• Revelry: The Feast: The festival’s concluding event on Saturday, June 8, at Wynn Event Pavilion and Lawn, The Feast will offer a grand tasting adventure through four distinctive culinary experiences: Four Sixes Ranch™ Country Cookout, Road to Tulum, The Casbah Marketplace, and Shibuya Crossing, each bringing unique flavors and dishes to the fore.
