Samsung has launched an affordable smartphone with a huge battery, a big screen with a high refresh rate, and a Snapdragon processor. It is called the Galaxy M14 4G and is now available in India for purchase. It is priced lower than the Galaxy F15 5G that was launched a few days ago due to the lack of 5G connectivity.

Galaxy M14 5G features Snapdragon 680
The Galaxy M14 4G has a 6.7-inch PLS LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a waterdrop-shaped notch for the selfie camera. It has a 13MP selfie camera on the front and a 50MP+2MP+2MP triple-camera setup on the rear. Those two 2MP cameras are for depth sensing and macro shots. Both front and rear primary cameras can record Full HD videos at 30fps.
The device uses the Snapdragon 680 processor, 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot. Sadly, it runs Android 13 out of the box and will get two major Android OS updates (security updates for four years). That leaves the Galaxy M14 4G at Android 15 as its last operating system update, and it is disappointing to see this from Samsung.
The device has a side-mounted fingerprint reader, GPS, dual-SIM card slot, 4G/3G/2G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB 2.0 Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and features 25W fast charging. It measures 168x78x9mm and weighs 194g.
This phone has a much more powerful processor, a smaller battery (the Galaxy M13 4G had a 6,000mAh battery), and faster charging (25W instead of 15W). It also has a better front-facing camera (compared to the Galaxy M13 4G's 8MP one).
Galaxy M14 4G pricing and availability
The Galaxy M14 4G is priced at INR 8,499 ($102) for the variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage version costs INR 11,499 ($138). The phone is already available for purchase from Amazon.in in two colors: Arctic Blue and Sapphire Blue.
