‘Ohana” is a Hawaiian term which means family, and family means no one gets left behind – which is why I’m voting Yes on Friday.

As a lone parent, I am glad to see the day I’ve been awaiting for almost three ­decades fast approaching – a chance on March 8 to right the injustices experienced by lone parents and their families.
