ReutersNEW DELHI: Shares of Capri Global, Welspun Invst, Kirloskar Bros., SBFC Finance and Tata Motors, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:44AM(IST)on NSE.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 96.65 points to 22308.95 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.
However, stocks such as Digidrive Distributo, Indiabulls Intgrtd, Melstar Info, Aavas Financiers and Stampede Cap(DVR), touched their fresh 52-week low.
Overall, 16 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 34 traded in the red.
In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto, UPL, M&M and SBI were among top gainers, while TCS, Infosys, LTIMindtree, HCL Tech and RIL traded in the red.
The BSE Sensex was trading 362.64 points down at 73509.65 at 10:44AM(IST).
Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Learning & Education, IT - Hardware, Auto and Irrigation & Allied Services sectors, while selling was visible in FMCG, Logistics, Industrial Consumables, Apparels and Defence sectors.
