Erling Haaland has refused to rule out leaving Manchester City despite professing his happiness at the club.

Haaland has often been linked with moves away from City with rumours starting almost as soon as he joined in the summer of 2022.

Haaland is contracted at City until 2027

The Norway international has been an instant hit at the Etihad Stadium where his 52 goals in all competitions last season led them to an historic treble.

But whether the 23-year-old will stick around at City for the foreseeable future remains a doubt.

And talk over a departure was something that Haaland was keen to dampen but he did not altogether extinguish the rumours.

When asked if he was thinking about extending his contract, which expires in 2027, the former Borussia Dortmund star said: "I'm really happy, especially with the people that I'm surrounded with.
