Letter: Brown Ranch could cost Steamboat other grants in the future

Proponents of Brown Ranch are concerned about losing out on current grant funding options. It should be noted that by tying up 75% of the short-term rental tax revenue for 20 years, it is likely that many future and possibly more attractive grant opportunities will be lost.
