FS: Desktops PC parts (12400f, B660 motherboard, Deepcool LE500, 4000Mhz RAM, 3060Ti Eagle OC)

Putting up for sale an Intel i5 12400F processor.

In warranty until July 14, 2025
I have priced it reasonably keeping in mind all the offers that comes on it on well known platforms.

Note:
The stock cooler heat sink for the processor has been totally unused until now. However, upon just opening it today, I found the copper/metal side turned black. I don't know why this happened. This was at a deep carton box all this time. The black part seems to go away upon wiping it with IPA, but I ran out of IPA as I had so little of it. Check pictures.

Edit 1: Turning this to multiple parts sale. I was going back and forth in deciding to quit gaming as my work requirements are to go portable now and much more office work. Upon much thinking i have decided to sell mentioned parts.

I will prefer to sell item 1+2+3 as a combo. Probably will sell them individually if i get buyer for each parts standalone.
However, please note that i will have to ship everything that is sold here after i get buyer for everything that is listed here. As i will have to show the buyer the part is working properly and other testing they might want to see.

I will prefer local buyer first as it will be easy for me and for the buyer to check and buy/ collect. I won't be shipping monitor and cabinet as they are quite large for shipping and it's the same reason both are not listed here.

I prefer to ship it via trusted DTDC. I am open to split the shipping charges if you have any other preference of shipping.

I will pack everything well and safe.

Part no. 7) BenQ EX2780Q 1440p 144Hz IPS monitor for 19000 with shipping. Open to offers via DM. Default packaging for monitor has enought thermocol padding to protect and i will add one more Amazon box over it.

Part no 8) Deepcool RF120FS case fan× 4 quantity with a Deepcool fan controller which comes in the box. The invoice for this is already in the main post. Among these 4 fans, 1 fan sometime creates slight noise when they start running. The noise goes away after a minute or two. No warranty for this.
All 4 fans for 1000 with shipping.

Part no 9) Lian Li Lancool 215 White case for 2500. No fans.
3300 with Deepcool fans along with it for Local pickup only. Not shipping this one.
