Manchester United legend Roy Keane was left horrified by one Red Devils stat and pointed the finger at Erik ten Hag.

Phil Foden inspired Manchester City to a 3-1 win at the Etihad over United on Sunday afternoon despite Marcus Rashford putting the visitors in front with a stunning strike.

However, that was United's only moment of brilliance as City largely controlled the whole match, eventually going ahead through two wonderful goals from Foden before Erling Haaland added a late third.

Ten Hag has already tasted defeat 11 times this season in the Premier League - only in 2013-14 and 2021-22 (both 12) have they suffered more in a single campaign in the competition.

And that has left Keane seething with 11 games still to go in the Premier League.

"I can't be too hard on Manchester United today as City were just brilliant," Keane said on Sky Sports.
