Argo MRT Americas, an affiliate of DRAKKAR, is excited to announce the successful acquisition of Techni-Air 2000 Inc., securing full ownership of the esteemed Montreal-based aircraft maintenance provider known for its tailored technical solutions for airlines. With a stellar reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction, Techni-Air 2000 Inc. expands Argo MRT Americas’ capabilities, adding a line maintenance service to its portfolio, perfectly aligning with the company’s strategic vision.
Techni-Air 2000 Inc. holds prestigious MRO certifications from Transport Canada, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), complementing Argo MRT Americas’ recent attainment of Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) certification from Transport Canada. This enables Techni-Air 2000 Inc. to operate under its own approval for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Operators, Maintenance Repair & Overhaul organizations, and Lessors across Canada, the Americas, and now Europe. Together, these certifications solidify the company’s position as a premier provider of mobile repair and line maintenance services.
