Equinox, using for 14 years.
Generally manual reading are reliable, digital not very much.

Was using omron before
Since 2 years shifted to accusure and it's cheap more features and pretty good...
Extra warranty as well

Using Omron at my home. I remember comparing its values to those of a conventional sphygmomanometer, and found it reasonably accurate, though I don't remember the values now.
I'm using the 7120 model. It is more than sufficient for home use. Do not spend extra on bells and whistles like health app and such.

How often do you guys change the batteries?

Yes its always best to use a bp monitor with an adaptor whenever possible

I've observed that with batteries that are nearly low or dying the variance in readings increase a lot.
So it's better to use adaptors.

Omron Smart Elite+ HEM 7600T Tubeless 360°

1 year ago and working fine, its been 2 months since I changed the battery [ its used twice daily] and I use duracell ultra battries so they last long.
As I am a doctor myself I confirmed the accuracy of this Omron one , by manually checking the bp of my mother just after using this and each time it was correct +-2%
