William Hinshaw was named CEO and a director of Philadelphia oncology company Fore Biotherapeutics Inc. Hinshaw was president, CEO and a director of Axcella Health Inc. (NASDAQ:AXLA), before which he was EVP U.S. oncology at Novartis AG (SIX:NOVN; NYSE:NVS).
