Thinking back on his early career, shahid said, "I realised the industry is like a school when I first entered it." It's not easy for them to accept outsiders; bahar waale ko aasani se accept nahi karte ye log, inko bada issue hota hai ki tum aa kaise gaye bander. They're having a lot of trouble with it; how did you get in?

He also added, "I don't like this campy thing," in reference to being mistreated and attending bollywood camps. people should, in my opinion, cooperate artistically with one another if they like to. Individuals ought to feel at ease in each other's company. However, that does not imply that you denigrate or exclude other people or that you lock your doors to them. And in my opinion, this fraternity does experience such things. Perhaps I'm not cut out to be a campy person. When I moved to mumbai from delhi, I was not admitted into my class. My distinct accent made me the outsider, and I endured long-term harassment.
