The Kings Mountain Police Department was contacted by the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office in South Carolina around 11 a.m. to help find the suspect at his home. Police found Sajad Damon Roberts, 49, dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Officials told WCNC Charlotte the victims were his wife, Shenita Merchelle Roberts, 45, and her husband, Darriach Derowne Mack, 49. The office said the shooting unfolded during a domestic incident between Shenita Roberts and Sajad Roberts.
The investigation is ongoing.
