Richardson: Ascendigo Blue Aspen – a roaring success!

What an unforgettable evening! Ascendigo Blue Aspen 2024 celebrated Carbondale-based Autism Services’ 20-year anniversary and was it ever a roaring success!

Not only was the event a hit with the 11-piece Walton Stout Orchestra and inspiring program, it raised significantly more funds than recent years’ events. Those funds will support all local programs in 2024. We want to express our sincere gratitude to our amazing guests and partners for making this success story possible.

With a Roaring ’20’s theme, this year’s lively event was a celebration of community, love, and support. Ascendigo Blue Aspen has become one of the Roaring Fork Valley’s premier charity events, helping to raise critical funding for the life-changing services and experiences we offer to more than 200 autistic individuals each year. Funds raised support essential and local autism services that enable clients to shatter expectations through supportive employment, life skill development, outdoor adventure sports, and community integration.

Our clients’ success would not be possible without the generous support of the Roaring Fork Valley community. We thank you for always welcoming and accepting our participants for who they are and the important role they play in our community. You help by providing culturally enriching activities, jobs, volunteer opportunities, and many other supports to our clients.

Special thanks to The Weber Boxer Group, Sallie & Tom Bernard, Marla & Larry Butler, The Aspen Times, Aspen Magazine, Tom Lewis, Land+Shelter, Warren Lichtenstein, The St. Regis Aspen, Element Hotels, HEI Hotels & Resorts, Linda Waissar, Aspen Eventworks, Woody Creek Distillers, Caprice Wines, Enemigo Tequilla, and the many other sponsors and donors who contributed to the success of Ascendigo Blue Aspen 2024.
