Noteworthy: The senior guard finished with a team-high 20 points and seven rebounds to lead St. Anthony to a hard-fought 48-42 win in the CIF-SS Division 2AA championship game against Rolling Hills Prep on Feb. 23. Phillips had 11 points in the first half, which powered the Saints to a 23-15 lead at halftime. The St. Anthony boys basketball team also qualified for the CIF State Division I playoffs.
