The Red Devils face Nuno Espirito Santo's side in the fifth round on Wednesday night - live on talkSPORT - looking to bounce back after their defeat to Fulham.

But they could be without Portugal international Fernandes, who may have picked up a knock at Old Trafford on Saturday.

Speaking to United's media team, Ten Hag has revealed that the 29-year-old is one of three players along that are in danger of missing out.

He said: "We have some question marks in our squad. Harry Maguire will not be available. Bruno is doubtful. Also Rapha [Raphael] Varane is doubtful.
