Erling Haaland drily branded his connection with Kevin De Bruyne as 'not bad' following their dazzling display at Luton.

The 23-year-old banged in five goals against the Hatters with the Belgian registering four assists for him as Manchester City advanced into the FA Cup quarter-finals.

Haaland notched in a first half hat-trick at Kenilworth Road - his first City treble away from the Etihad Stadium - as he and De Bruyne once again showcased their formidable partnership.

The Norway international now has 27 goals to his name from 30 games this season, with De Bruyne on 12 assists - despite missing almost six months.

Since Haaland arrived from Borussia Dortmund in 2022, the duo instantly clicked, with the midfielder providing 12 assists for the forward in all competitions last term.
