Obituary: Bonnie Hubbard

Bonnie Hubbard, age 82, passed away in Perry Farms nursing home in Harbor Springs, MI on February 2, 2024. She was a 1959 graduate of Newaygo High School (MI). Bonnie went on to earn a Bachelors degree at Michigan State University. In 1967, while on a ski trip to Aspen, CO, she met and eventually married William Hubbard. She did accounting work for over 60 years of her life; working for numerous businesses including The Afton House and River Valley athletic club while living in Stillwater, Mn and La tour restaurant and MT imports while living in Avon, CO. Bonnie enjoyed skiing, bicycling, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends. Along with her husband Bill, Bonnie travelled the world to exotic locations such as Fiji, Kenya, Iceland, Peru, Croatia and New Zealand.
She is survived by her husband, William Hubbard, sons Alfred Hubbard and Jonathan Hubbard along with four grandchildren. Plans are being made for a memorial service in the summer of 2024. Please send condolences and correspondence to hubbard9@yahoo.com.
