Season with salt and pepper; garnish with radishes, cabbage, avocado, and cilantro.

    Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onions, sauteing until they are translucent. Then, stir in the minced garlic, ground cumin, and dried oregano, cooking for one minute until the garlic is aromatic but not browned.
