Kraken Rum unveils limited edition Legendary Survivor series

Kraken Rum has revealed a new limited edition series of its black spiced rum, illustrated with the story of its ‘Beast’.

 

The latest release, the Kraken Black Spiced Rum Legendary Survivor Series: The Lighthouse Keeper Limited Edition, tells the story of a lighthouse keeper’s encounter with the Kraken through illustration by artist Justin Estcourt. Each bottle in the Survivor series will depict a different character’s escape from the ‘Beast’ through art from a different illustrator.

 

The collectable bottle features a white-gloss finish and foiled logo. Presented with the bottle is a tin representing the lighthouse after the Kraken’s attack.

 

The bottle will be available in limited quantities from Amazon and speciality retailers from today.

 

Kraken Rum has announced that it will donate £1 per every bottle sold to the PADI AWARE Foundation, a marine conservation charity which is removing ocean debris.

 

Ian Amos, programme and operations manager at PADI AWARE, said: “We’re excited to be partnering with the Kraken Rum for an entire new series. We’ve had the Kraken’s support throughout its Unknown Deep series which has helped us continue our ongoing mission to protect the Beast’s home. 

 

“The sale of the Kraken’s latest limited edition bottle will contribute to our aim of removing ocean debris, as well as training new ocean torchbearers to help with our mission. We have a collective vision to achieve balance between humanity and the ocean and we’re grateful to the Kraken for its continued support.”
