Wexford parents who sued Right Price Tiles over toddler’s fall have their case dismissed

A toddler’s fall in a tile store was analysed during a case heard at a civil sitting of Wexford Circuit Court, more than eight years later.
The plaintiff in the case was nine-year-old Kate Doyle from Tomona, Kiltealy, suing through her mother Eugena Brennan.
