One of the most eagerly awaited films of the year is Yodha, starring Sidharth Malhotra in an action-packed adventure. The makers are getting ready to release the trailer in response to the excitement generated by the teaser.
Revealing the release date of trailer, today, the makers of the film released a new poster featuring Sidharth Malhotra as tough commando. The trailer of Yodha is scheduled to release on February 29.
The Yodha cast and crew unveiled a stunning new poster for the upcoming film on Instagram today. In the poster, Sidharth Malhotra can be seen wearing a commando uniform and holding a rifle and a walkie-talkie is strapped to his back, which radiated strength and intensity in the poster. Sidharth’s gruff visage, adorned with wounds and filth, lends to his air of strength and determination.
The poster has also a tagline, A hijack beyond borders, which is highlighting the intense action and suspense in the film. Sharing the poster on Instagram, Sidharth encouraged his fans to get ready for the excitement. He captioned the poster as, “Fasten your seatbelts, #YodhaTrailer arrives in 4 days!”
Kiara Advani responded to her husband’s impactful poster in the comments section by leaving a heart-eyed emoji.
Apart from Sidharth Malhotra, the film also includes Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna in major roles. Zindagi Tere Naam, the first track from the soundtrack, was just released. The song, which was written by Vishal Mishra and Kaushal Kishore, is a gentle romantic ballad. Vishal Mishra also sang and wrote the lyrics. The music video, which features gorgeous scenery as its backdrop, perfectly captures the chemistry that exists between Sidharth and Raashii.
Meanwhile, on work front, Sidharth Malhotra was last seen in Rohit Shetty-helmed webseries Indian Police Force, along side Shilpa Shetty and Vivek Oberai.

Priyanka Chopra becomes executive producer for Oscar-nominated documentary To Kill A Tiger
To Kill a Tiger is about a Jharkhand farmer, who demands justice for his 13-year-old daughter after she survived a sexual assault in 2017.

Actor Priyanka Chopra announced on Instagram that she has joined the executive producer team of the Oscar-nominated film To Kill a Tiger, alongside eminent personalities like Dev Patel and Mindy Kaling.
This aligns with Netflix announcing that the feature documentary will be available for streaming on its platform worldwide.
The actor expressed her joy and excitement about working on the film by sharing a kind remark with a screenshot of an international outlet on Instagram.
Sharing the screenshot on Instagram Priyanka said, she is so proud to announce that Netflix has acquired the global distribution rights to this powerful feature directed by Nisha Pahuja, and to join the incredible team of the Academy Award nominated documentary To Kill A Tiger documentary. She also said, when she first watched the film in 2022, she was enthralled by its heartfelt story, which portrayed a father’s courageous battle within the legal system to ensure his daughter received justice.
Additionally, she said, this project is a testament to the unwavering determination and limitless love of a devoted father for his cherished daughter. Recalling her father, Ashok Chopra, the global actor said, this hard hitting piece of art also really hits home on so many levels. She was born in the state of Jharkhand (where the survivor and her father are from), and as the daughter of a father that was her forever champion…she was moved to pieces.
She continued saying that she cannot wait for audiences around the world to discover this moving story.
For the 2024 Oscars, To Kill a Tiger received a nomination in the Best Feature Documentary category. In the film, a Jharkhand farmer named Ranjit takes on a life-threatening battle to get justice for his 13-year-old daughter Kiran, who was sexually assaulted by three men in 2017. Kiran was a child when she became a victim of a gang rape. She is now almost 20-year-old.
Meanwhile, in October 2023, To Kill a Tiger made its theatrical debut in New York’s Film Forum before traveling to other major cities.

Yami Gautam’s role as an intelligence officer in Article 370 has struck a chord with the audience. The film which began on a positive note recorded a huge jump on Saturday. Article 370 made Rs 6.12 crore on Friday and after a jump of 27% on Saturday, the film added Rs 9.08 crore to it total. Article 370 stands at a total collection of Rs 15.2 crore on two days.
The film had an overall occupancy of 26.58 % on February 24, 2024. The film has been directed by two-time National Award winning Aditya Suhas Jambhale. The story Article 370 revolves around the counter-terrorism efforts in Kashmir after the abrogation of article 370.

Speaking to the media, Yami Gautam said it is an honour for her to play a character based on the life of a real life intelligence agent. She said she is someone who goes a lot by her first instinct. If she does not connect with the story or script of the film she is working on then she does not try to convince herself to do it.
She said whenever she felt right after reading a script, she did not think her audience has ever failed her. Gautam added that on reading the script all thoughts about her character graph, demeanour, intensity and action stunts were spinning in her head. She said it is about gathering those thoughts together and writing them down.

In the film Ajay Devgn, Vijay Raaz, Shantanu Maheshwari, Indira Tiwari, Varun Kapoor, Seema Phwa, and Jim Sarbh also played important roles.
Alia Bhatt also won national award for her steller performance in the film.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt and Sanjay Leela Bhansali will reunite for the upcoming movie Love and War, which follows Gangubai Kathiawadi. The film also cast Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal in the major roles. The movie is scheduled to open on Christmas Day of 2025.
Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal will be once again seen sharing the screenspace together in Love and War, while Ranbir and Alia are teamed together following Brahmastra.
Apart from this, Alia Bhatt recently announced that the shooting of her eagerly awaited movie Jigra alongside Vedang Raina has been completed. Alia not only plays the protagonist in Jigra, but she is also producing the film. The movie, which is helmed by Vasan Bala, is scheduled for release on September 27, 2024.
