New Delhi: Dhruv Chand Jurel is an Indian International Cricketer and the Right-Handed batter and wicket-keeper is currently given India two huge victories in the India vs England match in JSCA International Complex in Ranchi. The spectacular performance of the 23 year has received showers of praise from Sunil Gavaskar as he scored his maiden test fifty against England. Dhruv won everyone’s heart at the 3rd day of the match as he managed to stood like a rock against the opponent team and crashed their desire to chase victory. Head Coach Rahul Dravid also lauded him for his incredible performance at the stadium.

The long Journey of Dhruv Chand Jurel

Dhruv was born in Agra in 2001, he used to play for Uttar Pradesh in domestic cricket and for Rajasthan Royals in the IPL. His father served in the Indian Army and is a Kargil war veteran. Dhruv was fond of playing cricket since his childhood and he started playing during a summer camp in his school. He also played for Uttar Pradesh’s U-15, U-16 and U-19 teams.
