WATERBURY – Glen M. Toupin Sr., age 78, passed away at Waterbury Hospital on Monday, Feb. 19, 2024. He was husband of the late Flora (Kenney) Toupin and a proud United States Army veteran.
Visitation honoring Glen’s life will be on Friday, March 1, 2024, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald-Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 N. Main St., Naugatuck.
