Letter: Higher Minturn water rates
So, we have no water yet we keep increasing housing. Why?
Households are confronted with higher food costs, higher insurance costs, higher energy costs, higher property taxes, higher water rates. Yet, we increase housing.
How is everyone going to afford this?
There is only so much supply. I would refer the politicians to an Econ 101 book that shows what happens to prices when there is no supply and demand goes up.
