What are the demands of Gram Raksha Dal?

Since 2012, Gram Raksha Dal has been demanding permanent job and pay scale. The protesters say that even before this they had demonstrated, they also got assurance from the government that their demands would be considered. Even after this they are not being listened to till date. It is being told that the police explained to the Gram Raksha Dal which was protesting that they cannot protest here. Even after appealing several times, the employees did not move. After this, when the police showed strictness, they started protesting, after which the Kotwali police station used lathi charge to disperse the crowd.

village Defense Team members reached Gardnibagh

Actually, around 500 Gram Raksha Dal people had reached outside the bjp office, but after the lathi charge, all the protesters have moved away from the bjp office. Now the members of the village Defense Team are reaching the Gardnibagh protest site on foot. State President of Gram Raksha Dal Sikdar Paswan told that he had talked to deputy chief minister Samrat Chaudhary 2-4 days ago. He had assured us that we would reach the bjp office to meet him on 23rd February, but today when we reached there the police lathicharged us. Many of our friends have been injured in this.
