Perhaps let us tell you, Chhindwara lok sabha seat is a stronghold of Congress. congress has been winning this seat continuously since 1952. In these 72 years, bjp won from here only once. Sunderlal Patwa had defeated kamal nath in the by-election and Sunderlal Patwa remained mp for only one year. The remaining time was occupied by congress only. Presently former cm Kamal Nath's son nakul Nath is the mp from here, while kamal nath and his wife Alkanath have also been MPs from this seat.

Chhindwara seat of madhya pradesh has become a problem for Congress. Be it the wave of ram mandir or the wave of prime minister Narendra Modi, bjp could not win this seat.
