Liverpool will face Sparta Prague in the round of 16 in the Europa League, while West Ham will play Freiburg and Brighton against Roma.

Jurgen Klopp will be desperate to win the competition this year and bow out of Anfield with another major trophy - one he has never won with Liverpool before.

But they must make their way past Sparta Prague in the last-16 before they can start thinking of Europa League glory.

Winning the tournament would also see Klopp correct a slight on his record with the Reds where they reached the final in 2016 only to lose to Sevilla in his first year in charge at the Merseyside outfit.

It would be a fitting end to his time at the club in what could be his last final before departing after nine years at the helm.

Liverpool already have a good history in the competition, having won it three times before in 2001, 1976 and 1973.
