The indecisive minister, the mute chair and RTÉ left in limbo once again

Just after teatime last night, word went out across the Government of more trouble in RTÉ.

Catherine Martin, the Media Minister, had learned that Siún Ní Raghallaigh, the RTÉ chair, had approved the exit package of Richard Collins, the former chief financial officer.
