WTB I want to buy iPad Air 5th Gen (Or any iPad with at atleast M1) and Apple Pencil

Will be using it as laptop replacement. I have to ssh into server, take notes, and occasional presentation, so not looking to get a laptop. I have an iPad Mini 5, but the display feels too cramped.

Just need an iPad with M1. Do let me know what is a decent price range.
