Vietravel Airlines‘ third Airbus A321CEO took off from Shannon Airport in Ireland. Bearing the flight number OEIDQ, it touched down at Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 12:30 a.m. on January 22, 2020.
The arrival of this aircraft was eagerly awaited by the entire Vietravel Airlines team, with the Board of Directors of Vietravel Holdings and Vietravel Airlines, along with flight attendants and press reporters, participating in the preparations at the airport.
Vietravel Airlines’ board of directors and flight attendants were on hand to welcome the arrival of the third aircraft.
Following the schedule, Vietravel Airlines is set to commence operations on 7 commercial routes in the days ahead. These routes include Ho Chi Minh City – Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City – Da Nang – Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City – Phu Quoc – Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City – Nha Trang – Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi – Da Nang – Hanoi, Hanoi – Phu Quoc – Hanoi, and Hanoi – Hue – Hanoi. Additionally, Vietravel Airlines will continue to operate charter flights to cater to tourists from Vietravel.
On January 19, 2021, the airline officially commenced commercial sales with four attractive promotional programs aimed at stimulating tourism demand following a period of recent social distancing measures. These programs include the 0 VND ticket program, a gift program offering VND 100,000 voucher for online ticket bookings, a refund program for group bookings of 4 and 6 people, direct discounts for large group bookings of 10 people or more, and preferential programs for members.
