US Marshals search for Moore County woman wanted for second-degree murder

The Moore County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Marshals Service are searching for Margaret Marie Davis, who is wanted for second-degree murder.

Davis, 33, is described as a white woman who stands 5 feet tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

According to the sheriff's office, Davis is wanted for a felony death by motor vehicle case originated by the Southern Pines Police Department

Davis, who has had multiple addresses in the southern end of Moore County and is known to frequent Southern Pines and Aberdeen, failed to appear for trial.
