Bollywood actor Vidya Balan had filed an FIR against the Instagram account user with Mumbai Police for creating a fake Instagram account in her name and extorting money from people.

The Mumbai police have said that an unidentified individual created a fake Instagram account and promised people jobs in exchange for money. The Khar Police has registered an FIR under Section 66 (C) of the IT Act.

Vidya Balan, who has a large following online and regularly creates videos and reels loved by her fans, is facing a serious problem. Someone has been misusing her name and asking people for money.

According to a police officer, an individual created a fake Instagram account and Gmail address using the name of Bollywood actor Balan. The perpetrator then proceeded to contact various people associated with the industry, promising them job opportunities in exchange for money.

Upon learning of this fraudulent activity, Balan lodged a complaint with the Mumbai Police. Khar Police subsequently registered an FIR against the unknown suspect under Section 66 (C) of the IT Act, and an investigation into the matter has begun.

It’s worth noting that Balan had previously alerted her Instagram followers to the existence of a fake account being run in her name.

Vidya Balan is all set to make a comeback to the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise. The talented actor has been known for her role as Manjulika in the 2007 psychological horror-comedy film Bhool Bhulaiyaa. Recently, Kartik Aaryan, who starred in the second instalment and will also play a lead role in the upcoming third instalment, welcomed Vidya on board.

Kartik also dropped an edited video showing Balan’s iconic visuals as Manjulika from the first instalment combined with visuals of Kartik from the second part.

Anees Bazmee, who directed the second part, will direct the third part as well. The first part featuring Akshay Kumar alongside Balan, was helmed by Priyadarshan. In the second part, Kartik shared screen space with Tabu and Kiara Advani.

Comment sections were inundated with praise from fans for his role in the movie. A person said, he got goosebumps. Another user said, R Madhav’s intense look is impressive. This movie will be a blockbuster only because of him, a third user said. A fourth user said, Maddy is quite convincing in the movie. A fifth user said, Madhavan sir, wow what a change really stunning. Others also dropped fire emoji in the comment section.

Shaitaan explores the age-old conflict between good and evil while providing an exciting cinematic story. An intriguing and thrilling watching experience is suggested by the teaser and posters that have been released. The film, which is slated to open in theaters on March 8, 2024, is presented by Jio Studios, Devgn Films, and Panorama Studios.

The film is directed by Vikas Bahl and produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak. The film promises to be an interesting look at the never-ending struggle between opposing forces.

Khushiyaan Bator Lo, the first song from Shaitaan, was recently released by the makers on Panorama Music, perfectly encapsulating the joy of family life. In the song, Ajay Devgn, Jyotika, Janki Bodiwala, and Aangad Maaholay can be seen having a happy family vacation. However, they are abruptly interrupted by a stranger, hinting at the disturbance of their peace that will occur in the movie.

Farhan Khan-helmed Don 3, starring Ranveer Singh, has finally got its female lead. Taking to social media today, Excel Entertainment shared a small clip making a special announcement that Kiara Advani will play the lead role in the upcoming film.

Kiara posted on X, formerly Twitter, saying, thrilled to be part of the iconic Don franchise and to be working with this incredible team. She also said she will need everyone’s love and support as she embarks on this exciting journey together, and she added a clapper board emoji.

The director-producer of the film, Farhan Akhtar, posted a clip on X, and welcomed Kiara Adavni to the Don universe.

Meanwhile, in August 2023, with a special announcement video, Farhan announced that Ranveer Singh will play the new Don in the third installment of the popular franchise. Ranveer was seated in a building with his back to the camera in the teaser. After introducing himself as Don and lighting up a cigarette, he turned to face the camera. The role was previously portrayed by Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan.

A formal announcement regarding the remaining Don 3 cast is still pending. There has always been an air of excitement, gripping action, and memorable moments around the Don series. In Don 2, Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, and Boman Irani all played significant roles in the film. In 2006, Don 2 was released, which at the Neuchatel International Fantastic Film Festival took home the Best Asian Film award.

Then, in 2011, a sequel was released, and it quickly became popular. In Don 2, Hrithik Roshan played a cameo. Farhan’s directorial was a remake of 1978’s Don, featuring Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role.

On workfront, Kiara Adavi was last seen in Satya Prem Ki Katha with Kartik Aryan. She will be next seen in Game Changer alongside Ram Charan. However, the film’s official release date is still awaited.
