Hey, is it possible to download the software from it. I am looking to get one from there site but not been able to get.

It is ridiculous that you have to give control of your PC via anydesk to get a firmware update. They should just email the link to the firmware. I would never agree to remote anydesk with a stranger.Just speak to Syrotech customer care , they will do anydesk and upgrade router . I am not willing to do anydesk, no one asks for it. Upgrade is a straight forward process. Software can be provided on mail or a link can be shared.Just speak to Syrotech customer care , they will do anydesk and upgrade router . I did today itself . they will download the firmware on your PC itself
