Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty gained 8.85 points to 22113.4, while the BSE Sensex traded 80.14 points up at 72788.3.
On the other hand, Airo Lam, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean, Snowman Logistics, Taj GVK Hotels and Manaksia Coated stocks hit their fresh 52-week highs today.
In the Nifty 50 index, Power Grid, Grasim Inds., HDFC Bank, NTPC and Kotak Bank were among the top gainers on the NSE.
Coal India Ltd, Hero MotoCorp, Eicher Motors, Cipla and Bajaj Auto were among the top losers.
