Cool, cloudy Sunday makes way for mild Presidents Day
Sunday will be cloudy and cool with highs in the lower 50s.

- Sunday: Dry and mostly sunny with a high of 50 degrees. Mostly dry.
- Monday: Partly cloudy and milder. High of 56 degrees.
- Tuesday: Sunny skies and very nice. Highs in the upper 50s.

Expect a roller coaster of temperatures this week in the 50s and 60s
Monday, which is Presidents Day, looks good with sunshine and highs in the upper 50s. It will be slightly warmer than Sunday, but you may still want to grab a light jacket before heading out the door Monday.
Both President's Day and Tuesday are expected to reach highs in the upper 50s.

Temperatures will climb into the 60s Wednesday. Thursday will be the warmest day of the week, with a high of 69 degrees.
Our next rain chance comes Thursday. Scattered showers will be possible Thursday night into Friday morning.

Eclipse coming up in April!
- April 8 is the date of the next total solar eclipse for North America. We won't see a total eclipse in North Carolina, but lots of people will travel to take it in! Ohio will be the closest spot to drive to from Raleigh for the path of totality.
