A co-accused in the Conor Clarkson forgery trial swore an affidavit saying he witnessed equestrian centre operator Jean Duggan signing right-of-way documents after concerns were raised by her son that her signature had been forged, a court has heard.

In the affidavit, Paul Wrynn claimed he was a witness to Mrs Duggan signing the papers in the Powerscourt Arms Hotel in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow in October 2014.
