A coroner has identified the man fatally hit by a vehicle at UPS Worldport. They said someone had been hit.LMPD said the man, now identified as Dallas E. Carroll II, 46, of Georgetown, Ind., was pronounced dead on the scene. Police did not say how the incident happened. The coroner's report calls it an accident, and has the cause of death listed as "pending."LMPD's Homicide Unit is calling this a death investigation, and they say no foul play is expected.
