Two men are set to stand trial after being accused of selling fake designer items in Witney.
Leon and Bilal Haq, of Shakespeare Avenue, Warwick, have been charged with nine counts each of possessing goods with a false trade mark for sale/hire.
There is a further count of being in possession of criminal property, namely £1,220 in cash.
The pair, 29 and 24 respectively, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (February 16) for their first hearing.
It was heard that on September 19, 2022 the pair were allegedly caught with goods registered under the following fake trade marks: Burberry, Christion Dior, Givenchy, Hugo Boss, Louis Vuitton, Moncler, Palm Angels, Prada, and Rolex.
A trial date has been set to take place at the same court on May 29.
