An equestrian centre operator has described as “an outright lie” claims by businessman and horse owner Conor Clarkson and his associate Paul Wrynn that she signed documents expanding a right of way to housing development land Mr Clarkson was selling near her home.

Jean Duggan said she had never even met Mr Clarkson or Mr Wrynn, both of whom are on trial in connection with the alleged forgery of the papers.
