The daughter of a woman who died as her family watched from a window has spoken out as the Government prepares for a Covid-19 inquiry – and said “no one cared enough about the elderly”.
Linda Maples’ mother, Florence O’Shaughnessy, was 89 when she died on April 23, 2020, after contracting the virus in one of the country’s worst-hit nursing homes.
