Judge raises bond to $1M for Louisville man accused of murdering longtime girlfriend

A Louisville man charged in the killing of his longtime girlfriend appeared in court on Thursday.Tho Luong, 41, is charged with the murder of 52-year-old Kim Nguyen. Police found her body last month at her home on Kenjoy Drive in the Southland Park neighborhood.
