Here are the final HighSchoolOT rankings for the 2024 Wake County Public Schools System girls flag football season.

Wakefield finished in the top spot of the top 10 after defeating No. 2 Apex by a score of 31-19 in the championship game.

Middle Creek, Cardinal Gibbons, and Willow Spring rounded out the top five.
