County suggests not traveling as winter weather causes accidents Wednesday morning

9:30 a.m.: There are multiple incidents on roads across Eagle County, according to an Eagle County alert.

The alert suggests people drive safely and consider not traveling. Due to the volume of incidents, minor alerts will be suspended.

9:05 a.m.: Both eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 are closed between Wolcott and Edwards as of 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, according to an Eagle County Alert.

The closure, at mile marker 158, is due to a car crash.
