A notorious sex trafficker and former brothel boss has been arrested by gardai for a series of offences under the Sex Offenders Act, and for failing to appear in court.
David Archer (60) had been on the run for almost two weeks after he escaping when detectives attempted to arrest him at a premises on Baggot Street.
