Man brings gun on NC State campus for 2nd time in 2 days

For the second time in two days, a man has been charged with bringing a gun onto North Carolina State University's campus.

Marvin Louis Spruill, 38, has been charged with bringing a gun on educational property and carrying a concealed gun.

The arrest warrant said on Monday Spruill had a 9 mm gun outside of student housing on Greek Village Drive.

On Sunday, a 19-year-old student was charged with bringing a loaded AR-15-style rifle on the NC State campus.

Spruill is scheduled to appear in court on March 11 at 7:45 a.m.
